Often we are caught up in the bull fight and focus on the big fish customers, overcoming obstacles, and keeping an eye on the competition.
At the same time there is a new generation growing up right before us and they are hungry for information. Little tips, a few encouraging words, and practical advice which points them in the right direction is all they need.
It helps you focus, repackage your values, and it is morally rewarding. It’s a human thing, other people’s success will eventually benefit us, let us be active on every level.
